Warranty and Returns

Our sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless in case of any manufacturing problems. Our manufacturer warranty lasts one year from the date of the purchase.

WARRANTY POLICY

If you need to make use of your product warranty:

- The guarantee has a period of ONE YEAR. Valid from the date of purchase stated on the receipt and warranty certificate.
- The warranty certificate must be presented together with the product as well as the invoice of the purchase.
- The warranty will only be valid if the part has a manufacturing defect.

If you think you have a defective product:

- We will take up to 30 days for product defect analysis
- Proven the defect, the product can be repaired or replaced by a new one.
- If the product is no longer in stock or discontinued, and it is not possible to repair or exchange it for another one, the customer will receive a coupon with a credit value for future purchase at our store

BE ALERT!

Parts considered UNDER warranty:
- With any manufacturing defect.
- With total or partial detachment of the plating.
- With breaks or cracks in fasteners
- Loose stone or zirconia.

Parts considered OUT OF warranty:
- Darkened by dirt
- Broken, scratched, incomplete and/or broken.
- With opaque and/or milky stones
- Misused parts
- Parts without fitting
- Worn from constant use
- Detachment or darkening of the resin.

ATTENTION: products on sale will not be exchanged under any circumstances.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If your item is defective and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vanessa@vanessatessinari.com with a picture of the product.

Attention: before retuning any item, please get in touch and send us evidences that the item is defective. We will then analyze your case and get in touch with a solution.

Also to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no missing parts.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original warranty certificate.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If you are approved, then we will either repair or replace the item. 


Late or missing refunds

If for any reason you are eligible for a money refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at vanessa@vanessatessinari.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
